A spoiled rich girl runs away from home when her father announces that he is going to marry a lady that the girl does not like. She gets involved with an ex-con and together they are implicated in a murder which they must solve to prevent going to prison . . . all they need to solve the murder is a clue . . . maybe the perfect clue!
